In this regard, if there are difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will inform you immediately and refund any amount you may have paid.
5. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AND PAYMENT METHOD
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click the confirmation button. At this time, payment for orders is available solely and exclusively via Bank Transfer.
After placing your order on our website, our manager will contact you directly to provide you with the bank details, confirm the exact stock of the items, and coordinate the final shipping arrangements.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding local, regional, or national holidays. The preparation and cut-off time for logistics are governed by the following criteria:
- Orders paid and confirmed before 2:00 PM are shipped on the same business day.
- Orders paid and confirmed after 2:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.
- Orders placed or paid for during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and shipped on Monday.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and the selected shipping company.

7. RETURNS POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, regulating consumer rights in distance purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
General Return Conditions:
- If the product is NOT defective: The customer is solely responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. These costs will be deducted directly from the final refund. The refund of the product amount (excluding the initial delivery shipping costs) will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the request, always conditioned on us having received the items in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- If the product is defective or incorrect: The total shipping costs for the return, replacement, or exchange of the item will be entirely borne by OOPSNAILSBCN.
IMPORTANT WARNING!: Products that have been opened, unsealed, or whose storage and stability period begins after opening, are not subject to any type of return or exchange for strict reasons of hygiene, health protection, and current cosmetics regulations in the European Union.
8. WARRANTY REPAIR (PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT)
OOPSNAILSBCN acts as an official representative in Spain for professional nail care machines and equipment. If your equipment presents any technical failure or lack of conformity during the legal warranty period, you must immediately contact our customer service.
Remember that the warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects of the components. It does not cover, under any circumstances, damage caused by misuse, negligence, drops, impacts, electrical surges, or manipulation by unauthorized personnel. In the event that the equipment requires technical repair and it is not feasible to repair it optimally, a replacement of the item or a refund of the amount paid will be offered, subject to stock availability in our warehouses.
9. HOW TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS
To initiate any return process or exercise the right of withdrawal, you must strictly follow these steps:
- Contact OOPSNAILSBCN through our official channels (WhatsApp or email).
- We will send you an official order cancellation and withdrawal form that you must duly complete.
- Send the completed form by email to oopsnailsbcn@gmail.com.
- Once the request has been accepted and confirmed by our department, you will have a maximum and unextendable period of 14 days to send us the products.
If you prefer our logistics company to manage the collection of the package at your home, an additional charge will be applied, which will be notified to you according to OOPSNAILSBCN's current shipping rates. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.
