Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return purchases made within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided it is in the same condition in which it was sent (except in the case of defective products), and to receive a full refund, minus the shipping costs paid. This right is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, which regulates consumer rights in the European Union, allowing withdrawal from purchases made at a distance or off-premises.

Returns and Shipping Costs:

▪ If the product is not defective: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product has a defect. These costs will be deducted from the refund. The refund of the order amount (excluding the initial shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days from the order cancellation request, provided we have received the products in perfect condition.
▪ If the product is defective: The shipping costs for the return, replacement, or exchange of the product will be borne by OopsNailsBcn.

❗ Opened products, whose storage period begins after opening, are not subject to return or exchange.

Warranty Repair:

OOOPSNAILSBNC is the official representative in Spain for professional nail machines. If your equipment presents any fault during the warranty period, you must contact our customer service. Remember that the warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, or impacts. If the product needs to be repaired and cannot be repaired, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.

How to Start the Return Process:

To start the return process, contact OopsNailsBcn. We will send you an order cancellation form that you must fill out and return by email to oopsnailsbsn@gmail.com. Once we have received your request, you will have 14 days to return the products. if you prefer us to manage the collection through a transport company, an additional charge will apply in accordance with the shipping conditions and rates of OopsNailsBcn. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
