How does 'Pay Later' work?
When making your purchase, after adding everything to your cart and clicking "Checkout," select " Pay at your own pace with seQura " as your payment method at checkout. After clicking "Pay now," you will be redirected to the seQura Pay at your own pace page to securely complete your purchase.
No paperwork required! The system will connect you to Sequra, the financing company. You'll need your ID, mobile phone number, and a credit card number for monthly payments. Sequra will authorize the financing and handle the collection of payments. Subsequent monthly payments will be automatically debited from your card.
How much does it cost? Are there interest charges?
Free as the air you breathe. No interest. The APR is 0% . There's only a fixed fee per installment based on the order amount. Just remember that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, your bank may charge a transfer fee.
Can I choose the number of installments?
Of course! Before finalizing your purchase, we'll offer you several options so you can choose the one that best suits you. When our system opens after you select "Pay in Installments" as your payment method, the first step is to choose your payment plan. Depending on the store, you can choose between 3, 6, 12, or 18 months.
How will I know when I have to pay each installment?
There's no need to worry about anything. Every month (on the same day of the month as your purchase), an automatic charge will be made to the card you used for the first installment. And as always, you'll receive an email confirming this transaction.
Can I make an advance payment or pay off my installment plan early?
You can prepay whenever you want, with no restrictions or extra costs. All changes are free, with no penalties. If your plan has fixed monthly fees, you'll save on them when you prepay more than one installment!
Log into your account and select the plan you want to end to find the "Pay off plan" option, where you can complete the remaining payment by card, bank transfer or deposit.
If, on the other hand, you want to make a partial advance payment of several installments, you can also do so by contacting SeQura .
Can I return the order after paying the first installment and get my money back?
Contact the store where you made the purchase to find out the return process. Once the store confirms that the return has been processed correctly, we will refund the amount to the same card you used to pay the first installment.
In the event of an item exchange or a partial return, instead of a refund, the remaining fees will be adjusted to the new amount and the new order amount.
How can I change my payment card?
Simply access your user account , enter the corresponding purchase and click on the "Change" link that you will find next to the card number where the installment payments are being made (top right corner).
Is it possible to pay before the payment deadline?
If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer; we have accounts at different banks for you to choose from. You'll find the bank details for each transfer in your customer account.
- Log in and go to “Shopping”
- Select an order you want to pay for and click on “Pay now”
- Click "next" and copy the account number of your preferred bank to make the transfer.
Remember to include the concept we indicated in the user account or email header so we can locate your payment.
How do I know if the payment has been made correctly?
If you pay by card ( either manually or automatically ), we will send you an email confirmation. This way, you can always know whether we have received your payment. If you don't receive this confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us at clientes@sequra.es.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will send you a confirmation email once we receive the payment. Transfers can take 1-2 days to arrive. If more than 2 business days have passed since you paid and you haven't received our confirmation, you can contact us at clientes@sequra.es to check the status of your payment.
