Returns Policy and Shipping Costs

You have the right to return purchases made within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent (except in the case of defective products), and receive a full refund, less the shipping costs paid. This right is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, which regulates consumer rights in the European Union, allowing for the cancellation of purchases made remotely or outside of a retail establishment.

Returns and Shipping Costs:
▪ If the product is not defective: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. These costs will be deducted from the refund. The refund of the order amount (excluding initial shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days of the order cancellation request, provided we have received the products in perfect condition.
▪ If the product is defective: Shipping costs for the return, replacement or exchange of the product will be borne by OopsNailsBcn.

❗ Opened products, whose storage period begins after opening, are not subject to return or exchange.

Warranty Repair:
OOOPSNAILSBNC is the official representative in Spain for professional nail machines. If your equipment malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact our customer service. Remember that the warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by misuse, drops, or impacts. If the product requires repair and cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.

How to Start the Return Process:
To initiate the return process, please contact OopsNailsBcn. We will send you an order cancellation form that you must complete and return by email to oopsnailsbsn@gmail.com. Once we have received your request, you will have 14 days to return the products. If you prefer that we arrange collection through a shipping company, an additional charge will apply according to OopsNailsBcn's shipping terms and rates .
