STATEMENT is a collection of BIBLIOTEKA gel polishes created for intense accents that speak louder than words. It's contrast, depth, and color energy that immediately draws attention. From grayish nude shades to neon blue, each color has its own character and never goes unnoticed. High pigmentation allows for dense coverage in 1-2 thin coats, while the controlled consistency ensures even application without overflow. The shades retain their intensity after polymerization and throughout wear. This collection is an accent impossible to ignore.

  • 25 Sense — pinkish-gray undertone

  • 26 Tone — dark gray

  • 27 Drama — burgundy, like a glass of red wine

  • 28 Impulse — intense red

  • 29 Accent — terracotta

  • 32 Rebel — dark green with a vibrant undertone

Usage Recommendations:

  1. Perform standard nail preparation: mechanical preparation, then apply BIBLIOTEKA Dehydrator and BIBLIOTEKA Ultrabond.

  2. Apply a base coat — BIBLIOTEKA Rubber Base or BIBLIOTEKA Scotch Base (if stronger adhesion is required), cure under LED for 60 seconds.

  3. Apply the gel polish in a thin layer and cure.

  4. Repeat application if necessary.

  5. Finish with Clear Top UV, Clear Top No UV, or BIBLIOTEKA Fog Top.

How do I get the invoice?
