PROSEPT Fortis IInstru disinfectant concentrate.

PROSEPT Fortis Instru is an effective concentrate for disinfecting and cleaning medical instruments.
The product contains an innovative combination of active agents based on alkylamines and quaternary ammonium compounds, giving it a broad spectrum of action and excellent cleansing power. It guarantees the effective removal of blood, saliva, and other protein-rich fluids.

● PROSEPT Instru requires no additives or cleaning enhancers, even in cases of heavy contamination. Anti-corrosive substances extend the lifespan of the instruments. Tests confirm the material's compatibility with polyethylene, silicone, iron, steel, and acrylic glass without risk of discoloration or the binding of blood and proteins to the instrument surface.

● PROSEPT Instru can be used in ultrasonic cleaners. A specially designed cap with 10 ml and 20 ml volume markings ensures ease of use and high dosing accuracy.

● PROSEPT Instru does not contain aldehydes or phenols and is biodegradable.

▪ Bactericide / Fungicide (C. albicans) 0.5% in 15 min
▪ Tuberculocidal (M. terrae) 2% in 60 min
▪ Hepatitis B1) / HIV (without organ burden) 2% in 15 min; 4% in 5 min (with organ burden) 2% in 30 min; 4% in 15 min
▪ BVDV / Hepatitis C2) 0.5% in 5 min
▪ Adenovirus 2% in 120 min; 3% in 60 min
When to use: Disinfect instruments immediately after use.

Application:

① Use household gloves and protective glasses.
2. Prepare the disinfectant solution in a disinfection tank. Prepare 1 liter of working solution (3%) from 30 ml of concentrate.
③ Place the following information on the disinfection container: product used, concentration, preparation date, signature.▪ Close the container with the lid and keep it closed until you use it again.
4. Immediately after use, place the instruments in the draining rack. Disassemble the instruments and disconnect all connections. Prevent dirt from drying. Using forceps when disinfecting instruments reduces the risk of injury and infection.
5 Place the drainer in the disinfection tub. When the drainer is submerged, check for air bubbles.
⑥ Wait for the required operating time.
▪ Remove the drainer from the disinfection tray. Rinse the instruments thoroughly with water.
⑦ Dry the instruments with a disposable cloth.
⑧ Check that the instruments are not visibly contaminated.
⑨ If necessary, clean the instruments by hand and repeat steps 5-10. To remove stubborn stains or heavy contamination, use ultrasonic bath cleaning with PROSEPT Instru or Sonic.
⑩ Check the functionality and visible damage of the instruments.
⑪ Lubricate if necessary.
⑫ Place the instruments in an autoclave and sterilize.
⑬ Mark the sterilization date, the expiry date, the load number and the contents.
⑭ After sterilization, check if the packaging is intact. If damaged, repeat the sterilization process.
⑮ Protect from dust, aerosols and moisture during storage.
