Dustwell HEPA filter.
Compatible only with Dustwell desktop and built-in vacuum cleaners due to its 20mm thickness.
• The filter is installed in front of the turbine, which ensures that no particles enter the expelled air.
• It also protects the fan and electronics from dust, making the Dustwell fan much more durable than any other brand.
• The filter can be washed under running water and treated with a disinfectant solution. ⚠️ DO NOT WASH IN THE WASHING MACHINE. The filter can only be used after it has completely dried.
• It is recommended to change every 3 or 4 months.
❗Failure to clean and replace the filter on time can cause excessive dust buildup and may lead to equipment failure and loss of warranty.

How do I get the invoice?
If your billing address differs from your delivery address, you must specify your billing details in the "payment" tab when placing your order.
1. Complete the information for your invoice.
2. After you submit your order to the email address specified in the order, you will receive a tracking number and your invoice. We also include a printed invoice with every order.
If you didn't find the invoice in your email or it wasn't in the package, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email at any time with a request to have the invoice resent to you.
