Cat Eye Base #4 is a cat-eye effect base. The product contains tiny metallic particles that react to a magnet and move within the uncured coating layer, giving the resulting design a magical shimmer.

These bases have a medium consistency and self-level well. They do not require a dark substrate, as they have optimal color density.

Characteristics:
• Slightly acidic pH of 5-6
• Elastic and flexible
• High level of coverage of the natural nail due to its high pigmentation
· You may experience minimal shrinkage during use due to its elasticity
• Medium consistency, self-leveling
• Provides 3-4 weeks of peel-free durability
· It has a neutral smell
• It eliminates intense heating of the nail plate during polymerization, so it does not cause burning in the lamp.
• Hypoallergenic
· It is easily removed by both filing and with liquid
· It doesn't run and self-levels very quickly
· Requires a rubber base as a substrate
· It is not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement
• Lamp drying time of 120 seconds
· It can be further heated to make the consistency even more liquid.
• The power of the drying lamp is 48 W (it must be the original lamp only)
· The main rule for leveling is that the thickness should be 1-1.5 mm at the edge
· Thixotropic: becomes more liquid during work with the movements of the brush

Application technology:
1️⃣ Remove the old nail polish.
2️⃣ We don't file the shape of the nail. We leave an extra 2 mm which we will file and remove after leveling.
3️⃣ File the nail with a 220 grit file without applying too much pressure, lifting the scales from the nail plate or using a 100 grit buffer.
4️⃣ Do the manicure.
5️⃣ If using removers, it is necessary to wash your hands with soap and water after using them.
6️⃣ Degrease the nail. Do this in two steps. Use 4 wipes. One wipe for every 5 fingers. In the first step, clean the surface of the nail. In the second step, take an orange stick, wrap it with a wipe, and clean the entire cuticle area and the side folds.
7️⃣ Dehydrator (optional).
8️⃣ Apply primer as needed. However, if the base for the coating has sufficient acidity, primer is not necessary.
9️⃣ Apply the rubber base coat. It's best to use a flat gel brush. Use a rubbing motion. It's important to cover all the creases of the nail. Cure for 30 seconds.

1️⃣1️⃣ Level with LUNAmoon Cat Eye Base . Cure under a lamp for 120 seconds.
1️⃣2️⃣ File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create a thickness at the edge that will keep the free edge.
1️⃣3️⃣ After filing, remove the sticky layer.
1️⃣4️⃣ Apply the Top Coat and dry for 120 seconds. After drying, do not clean with anything to avoid loss of shine.
