Nailsoftheday TEDDY TOP is a matte plush top coat with a sticky layer and a new formula. It preserves the quality of the plush fibers throughout the manicure. It won't yellow. It protects the nail from scratches, chips, and scuffs, and contains no UV filters. Thanks to its modern formula, it perfectly aligns and covers the nail surface. Medium consistency.
