Use and maintenance
⚠️ Important:
· Only change the direction of rotation when the motor is completely stopped.
• Stop the speed before changing the milling cutter.
• Milling cutter diameter: 2.35 mm (min. 10 mm length).
• Do not use rusty or damaged strawberries.
· Do not install wet or dusty milling cutters.
· Always store the micromotor with a bur installed.
· Never turn on the micromotor without a bur or nozzle.
· Do not submerge or wash the micromotor.
👉 At the end of each day:
• Clean the external surfaces with a soft cloth and alcohol.
· Brush the exposed strawberry.
• Perform regular maintenance (every 3 months in professional use): cleaning, adjustments, changing brushes, etc.
